PURPOSE OF COMPETITION

This award is to find the overall outstanding company from all of the category winners.

JUDGING CRITERIA

The judges will pay particular attention to:

• Sustained financial growth
• Number of new permanent employees in the last 12 months
• Turnaround of a failing or slow growing organisation
• Development of market leading products or services
• Growth of productivity and efficiency
• Pioneering in new markets
• Commitment to the region

ELIGIBILITY

There is no nomination process for this award.

All financial information will be treated in the strictest of confidence and will not be disclosed to anyone other than the panel of judges and advisors. Please provide enough relevant information to enable the assessors to form a clear picture of your achievements.
