Our expansive network allows us to deliver local talent and expertise with global reach, no matter where you do business. We offer strategic advice and execution for property sales and leasing; planning; property, facilities and project management; corporate services; debt and equity financing; consulting; investment management; valuation and advisory; as well as research and investment strategy.

We help our clients seize market opportunities through close working relationships and a thorough understanding of their business objectives. Our professionals are motivated by working collaboratively with clients to foresee what lies ahead and helping chart which course to follow. We seek to form long-term relationships with our clients – where their success becomes our success – and to continually improve our service to them.

We employ approximately 1,500 people in the UK, across 16 offices. Our Birmingham office has been at the heart of commercial property in the Midlands for almost two decades.

The team has cemented its position as the number one agency in the office and industrial sectors in Birmingham. The office agency team, according to CoStar, let almost twice the amount of office space than its nearest rival, advising on five of the six top lettings of 2010.

Our investment team also enjoyed a buoyant year, transacting more than £200m deals. And our property and asset management team is currently responsible for more than 1,500 tenancies and manages many of Birmingham city centre's 'trophy' office buildings, including Colmore Plaza and 2 Colmore Square.

Martin Guest, Managing Director of CBRE's Birmingham office, says: "The economic downturn has meant the past few years have been incredibly challenging; however the strength of our client relationships has positioned us as the agent of choice during the recovery. Our revenues improved in 2010 from 2009's figures and we're definitely seeing that business in the Midlands is on the up."
